Refund policy

Farm standards : All orders are shipped quickly and fresh from the farms. We ensure to load each order with large amounts of ice. If in any case UPS delays your order and beef is warm to the touch you are eligible for new box of meat for free.

If the order is delayed due to UPS services and beef is still cold to the touch it did not lose it’s freshness and it’s good for consumption
